RMSIR Registration is in 3 parts:
1)- Boat Details - if your ARBR records are up to date then you only need to register using your ARBR number.... or start a new boat record.
2)- Boat Entry - details of your class, crew numbers etc.
3)- Crew Entry - pick your crew for existing past records or add new crew.
